The SoulFam is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and lifelong friendships among like-minded individuals. Our mission is to inspire, connect, and empower people through unique events, curated travel experiences, and a thriving global network.
Our vision is to become the go-to provider of educational and entertaining travel experiences, consistently hosting sold-out trips while empowering influencers and creators to offer personalized travel experiences to their communities.
Since our founding, The SoulFam has grown into a dynamic global community, hosting over 30 immersive international group trips and countless private adventures. We’ve helped more than 1,000 travellers forge connections and explore the world with a supportive and diverse network.
Our goal is to build a “community of communities,” welcoming spiritually awake individuals passionate about Pan-African ideals, cultural exploration, and global learning.
The SoulFam curates transformative experiences, blending history, culture, and pop culture into “core memory” events. From intimate local gatherings to immersive international group trips, we create opportunities for meaningful connections and personal growth.
Our digital headquarters, a vibrant members-only Discord, hosts workshops, events, and spaces for creativity, collaboration, and networking. We also provide unique resources and support to help influencers and creators deliver travel experiences to their communities.
WHO IS BEHIND THE SOULFAM
Axsal Johnson, also known as @Omega_Axsal, is an author, historian, and international tour guide dedicated to empowering communities and creating transformative experiences. With a focus on education, culture, and connection, Axsal has spent his adult life inspiring others to grow, explore, and reconnect with their roots.
As a passionate researcher and storyteller, Axsal has published three internationally distributed books including the acclaimed YUSA Guide to Balance and led over 30 guided tours across the world with his most popular destination being Egypt. His 500+ hours of on-site research in the Nile Valley have established him as a trusted voice in ancient African history and culture.
Beyond travel and education, Axsal’s work with a global NGO (iHeartAfrica) has supported sustainable development initiatives, raising millions to build villages and improve lives in underserved communities in areas like Goma, D.R. Congo. His ability to bring people together through shared experiences and meaningful conversations continues to inspire those he meets.
