Digital Product Terms

The products are TheSoulFam products. The public-facing seller name is THESOULFAM. Contact info@thesoulfam.net or +660621051753.

Payment processing and digital delivery are handled through Payhip. Where offered at checkout, Square processes the card payment through Payhip. Payhip and Square are not the product brand.

The product page, basket and checkout must make these terms available before an order is placed. By placing the order, you accept the version incorporated into that order.

A separate required checkout control must obtain any express consent and acknowledgement needed to begin immediate digital supply during a statutory cancellation period. General acceptance of these terms is not used as a substitute for that specific control.

The order confirmation or other durable confirmation must record the applicable terms and, where required, the immediate-supply consent and acknowledgement.

Each product page identifies the product, supplied format, file size and GBP price. GBP is the contract and settlement currency. Any USD or EUR amount shown on TheSoulFam.net is an approximate display conversion only.

The applicable price is the price presented when the order is placed, together with the final tax presentation at Payhip checkout. Later price changes or promotions do not retrospectively alter a completed purchase.

TheSoulFam may decide the availability, duration and eligibility of future promotions. No discount system or future promotion is promised.

Subject to payment where required and these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the supplied product.

• You may download it to your own devices and print reasonable copies for your personal use.
• You may use, view or listen to it with your immediate travelling party and print copies reasonably required for that shared trip.
• You may annotate or modify your own copy privately and extract your own planning notes.
• These permissions apply to the free L01 10 Free PDF Pack as well as paid products. Free of charge does not mean public domain.

• Do not redistribute an original file or an edited version.
• Do not resell, publicly upload or commercially reproduce or exploit the product.
• Do not present TheSoulFam material as somebody else's work.
• Do not give digital files to companions for their independent or future use. Shared-trip viewing and reasonable shared-trip printing remain permitted under the personal licence.

Follow the basic format instructions shown on the product page. You are responsible for a compatible device, suitable software and enough storage for the advertised file size.

That responsibility does not excuse an actually defective, inaccessible or incorrectly supplied file. Contact info@thesoulfam.net with the order email, product name and a description of the problem.

Payhip normally provides the native download or access journey and sends an email receipt containing the access link. Actual checkout, receipt, download-limit and recovery behaviour must be confirmed in the controlled provider tests before activation.

You are responsible for using a working email address, downloading the purchase and securely retaining your copy. TheSoulFam does not promise permanent hosted access, a fixed seven-day window or indefinite replacement access.

If you have an access problem, contact info@thesoulfam.net. TheSoulFam may use Payhip's supported receipt-resend or download-reset tools where appropriate.

TheSoulFam aims to respond to customer-support requests within 48 hours. This is a response commitment, not a promise that every issue will be resolved within 48 hours.

An updated version may be supplied to a previous purchaser who contacts TheSoulFam, at TheSoulFam's discretion. There is no guaranteed lifetime update, automatic historical update, proactive notification or indefinite replacement entitlement.

TheSoulFam may withdraw a product from sale, replace it or supersede an edition. Withdrawal does not invalidate a customer's legitimately retained copy or require an edition to remain on sale or supported indefinitely.

Where technically possible and legally proportionate, continuing hosted or download access may be withdrawn after a material licence breach such as material unauthorised redistribution or resale. This does not authorise arbitrary forfeiture, erase a legitimately retained copy, or override mandatory rights.

TheSoulFam does not offer automatic refunds. Requests—including change of mind, accidental or wrong purchase, duplicate purchase, and faulty or inaccessible content—are reviewed case by case.

This commercial policy does not exclude a statutory cancellation right that still applies or mandatory remedies for content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.

If a refund for one product in a multi-product order is approved, only that product should be refunded and unaffected products should remain valid. Store activation is blocked until controlled testing proves Payhip and Square preserve both the correct monetary result and the unaffected download entitlements.

A £0 product still forms a digital-content arrangement and remains subject to the personal-use licence. The product description, format and supplied content remain part of the information given to the recipient.

The exact application of cancellation and digital-content rules to a free order depends on the applicable legal regime. The controlled checkout test must therefore record the free-order legal controls rather than assume they match a paid order.

A purchase or free order is not blanket consent to marketing. Marketing requires a separate optional choice unless a legally reviewed alternative applies. Every marketing email must provide a simple unsubscribe route.

If these terms conflict with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right prevails. The final governing-law, jurisdiction, trader-identity and geographical-address wording requires legal review before activation.

A new version may apply to future orders. It does not silently replace the version incorporated into a completed order.
