Who operates this website
The public-facing name is THESOULFAM. You can contact us at info@thesoulfam.net or on +660621051753.
Scope and legal-document hierarchy
These Website Terms govern general access to and use of TheSoulFam.net. They do not replace the terms that govern a purchase or trip booking.
- The Trip Terms govern package-travel bookings.
- The Digital Product Terms govern free and paid Digital Store products.
- The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used.
- Where transaction-specific information conflicts with these Website Terms, the applicable transaction terms take priority for that transaction.
Acceptable use
You may browse and use the website for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation or security.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administration areas, databases, storage or infrastructure.
- Do not introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected areas or bypass technical restrictions.
- Do not use the website to infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful material.
- Do not reproduce or exploit website content commercially unless TheSoulFam or the relevant rights holder has authorised it.
Content and intellectual property
The website's original text, photography, video, design, branding and code are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to TheSoulFam or their identified rights holders.
You may view the website and make ordinary temporary copies required by your browser. No broader licence is granted. Product-specific personal-use permissions are stated in the Digital Product Terms.
Information, availability and changes
We aim to keep public information accurate, but travel information, availability, itineraries, prices and third-party services can change. A contract is governed by the information and terms incorporated into that contract, not by a later website update.
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw website content or functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Editorial and destination material is general information, not legal, medical, immigration, tax, financial or other professional advice.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including Payhip for Digital Store checkout and delivery, Square for payment processing, Zoom for scheduling, and privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds that load only after a visitor chooses to play them.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy information. A link does not make TheSoulFam responsible for an unrelated third-party website, and it does not make that third party the brand or seller of TheSoulFam products.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights and any applicable transaction terms, TheSoulFam is not responsible for loss caused solely by unlawful misuse of the website, an external service outside its control, or reliance on general editorial information as professional advice.
Changes, concerns and contact
A future version may apply to later website use. It will not silently change an existing Trip or Digital Product contract.
Report a website concern to info@thesoulfam.net. The final governing-law and dispute wording remains subject to the missing business-identity and jurisdiction review before publication.
